Cancellation Policy

Alpha-Omega Auto Solutions Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Alpha-Omega Auto Solutions, we value your time and business, and we strive to provide the highest quality mobile auto detailing services. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have implemented the following Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows (failing to be present at the scheduled time and location without notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. 2. Rescheduling Appointments If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with proper notice is always free and subject to availability. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a $15 short-notice rescheduling fee. 3. Weather-Related Changes As a mobile service, our ability to perform certain services may be affected by weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures). In such cases: We may contact you to reschedule your appointment at no charge. If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform your detail, we reserve the right to reschedule your service for a better-suited time. 4. Courtesy Reminders Appointment reminders are sent via [text/email/phone—choose your preferred method] 24–48 hours in advance. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of scheduled appointments. 5. Deposits (if applicable) If your service requires a deposit, it will be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment. Otherwise, the deposit can be transferred to a future rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
